Biohazard Brewing |
WARNING: The General Surgeon has determined that beer made by Biohazard Brewing is Infectious. Do not Waste! |
Welcome to Biohazard Brewing. A site dedicated to the art of homebrewing. I started this site because of others like it, that have helped me learn and advance in the craft. Home brewing is part hobby, part science, and all pleasure. I began enjoying beer when I was... "of legal drinking age". It was not until March of 2005, that I discovered homebrew. My brother gave me a bottle and said "here try this". With some reservation, I gave it a try. I was pleasantly surprised. Over the next six months I brewed several extract batches using a three gallon pot, doing partial boils. It only took bottling a few batches and I realized that kegging would be the way to go. I started gathering equipment, and here I am today. My brew sculpture is complete, I have done the research, taken an All Grain class, and have made the move to All Grain brewing. Those of you that have met me know that I can be a little obsessive compulsive. So it should come as no suprise that Biohazard Brewing was born in a little over a week. From concept, to planning, to construction. Thank you for visiting. I would appreciate it if you would take the time to sign my guest book below. Also would love to have you join the "Brew Chat" group located in the index. |
