The Brewery |
Located in Dixon, California, Biohazard Brewing is my personal home brewery. Constructed by me in an effort to expand and improve my brewing abilities. |
I decided to go with a three tier, gravity fed system. The lack of pumps, and the wooden construction helped to keep expenses down. Plus room wasn't an issue. The stand is built on casters, so it can be moved from the wall at brewing time. Yes that is a computer, why go in the house to run your Promash Brewing software. |
Fun Fact #2 - Queen Elizabeth I was known to have a beer with breakfast |

The HLT, and Boil Kettle are supported by angle iron. The high output burners are enclosed in vent shrouds to keep the heat directed toward the bottom of the kettle and away from the wood. |

Of course having a three car garage and an understanding wife always helps |
Always nice to be able to play pool while you are waiting on the mash, or boil. |
