Biohazard Brewing What's in a Name? |
Why Biohazard Brewing? Well.... I had just finished nursing school when I met the love of my life (Donna). We agreed to be married and decided that our wedding favours should be beer we made ourselves. We found a Brew Your Own shop nearby and proceeded to create "Lost Dog Ale". After the wedding, I went on to nursing and Donna back to banking. 9 years later I tasted my first true homebrew. I am now addicted to the art of creating new brews, as well as the enjoyment of drinking and sharing my creations with friends and family. Taking in all aspects of my life: career as a nurse, first beer made with my wife, and the disaster in the kitchen after my first solo brew. Biohazard Brewing seemed to be an appropriate name. |
